Tele-Consultation Booking

Each teleconsultation session is scheduled for 20 minutes. Each Online - consultation costs 120 Euros. Patients are encouraged to join promptly at the scheduled time to ensure the full duration can be utilized effectively.

If a patient joins the session more than 10 minutes late, the consultation may need to be rescheduled, depending on Dr Kopsidas’s availability.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for other patients.

If a patient does not attend the scheduled teleconsultation and has not provided notice, the appointment will be recorded as a no-show.

No-show appointments are non-refundable.

Repeated no-shows may affect the ability to book future appointments.

Patients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance via email or the booking system.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be charged in full.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If Dr Kopsidas is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency or technical issue):

• Patients will be notified as soon as possible, and
• The consultation will be rescheduled at no additional cost, or
• A full refund will be offered if rescheduling is not suitable.

In the event of technical problems that interrupt the consultation:

• If the issue arises from the patient’s side and cannot be resolved, the session will be considered complete.
• If the issue arises from Dr Kopsidas’s side, the consultation will be rescheduled free of charge.

All teleconsultations are conducted in accordance with data protection and confidentiality standards. Personal and medical information shared during the consultation is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
